1. Book Online
Choose one of our freshly-cut Christmas tree options that fits for your holiday vision.
Complete the online booking form and select your preferred delivery date-we’ll do our best to accommodate your schedule. Once booked, you’ll receive a confirmation email with convenient payment options.
2. Convenient Delivery
We deliver your chosen fresh cut tree directly to your doorstep, making your holiday preparations effortless.
3. Post-Holiday Pickup (Upon Request)
After the festive season, we’ll pick up your tree if requested and provide eco-friendly chipping services, ensuring a sustainable way to dispose of your tree.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations
To help us manage our limited inventory and delivery slots, we ask that cancellations be made at least 7 days before your scheduled delivery. This allows us to reassign your tree to another family looking to enjoy the holiday season. For cancellations, please email us directly at treedashdelivery@gmail.com. Note: We are unable to process cancellations over the phone.
Refunds
Full Refund: Cancellations made 7 days or more before delivery will receive a 100% refund.
Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 3 to 6 days before delivery will receive a 50% refund.
No Refund: Cancellations made within 72 hours of delivery cannot be refunded, and the order will be charged in full.
